The regional state administration collegium conference
 RSA chairman VOLODYMYR LOGVYNENKO conducted the conference of the RSA collegium today. In collegium conference also took the head of the regional policy Governance sector of Secretariat of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, curator of the Donetsk region, Nina BUDYANSKA, senior counsellor – the Donetsk region public prosecutor’s assistant Oleksandr NESTERENKO, RSA governance executives, mayors and district state administrations heads.

 The RSA chairman assistant – chief of the staff, Ljudmyla DAVYDENKO carried out “The Day of the RSA apparatus in Slov’yansk district state administration” with participation of the regional policy Governance sector of Secretariat of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, curator of the Donetsk region, Nina Budjanska, the chairman of Slov’yansk district state administration Volodymyr GORBACHOV, the chairman of Slov’yansk district council Oleksandr BONDARENKO and the region district state administration chiefs of the staff.

Olena PETRYAJEVA: problems and development of the Donetsk region social sphere
 The Donetsk RSA chairman assistant Olena PETRYAJEVA conducted the seminar-conference with the assistants of mayors and district state administration chairmen. Olena PETRYAJEVA pointed out that the year 2007 was favorable for the region. There were a lot of important actions; new establishments were opened in the region. Programs of the region development and its budget for 2008 testify the visible reorientation of the development priorities towards the strengthening and development of the social sphere.

Laying of flowers to Vasyl STUS memorial on the occasion of the Memory Day of Kruty heroes
 The Donetsk RSA chairman assistant, Oleksandr TRETYAK took part in laying of flowers to Vasyl STUS memorial on the occasion of the Memory Day of Kruty heroes. Mariya OLIJNYK, representative of the Donetsk educational society “Prosvita”; Serhiy NESVIT, the Donetsk national university worker, told about the history of that Day and its connection with a life and creative work of Vasyl STUS. In a solemn rally also took part representatives of the Donetsk RSA, social region organizations, pupils and students.

Volodymyr LOGVYNENKO took part in the fourteenth session of the Donetsk Oblast Rada fifth convocation
 Today, the region state administration chairman Volodymyr LOGVYNENKO took part in the fourteenth session of the Donetsk Oblast Rada fifth convocation. The session was led by the oblast rada head Anatolij BLYZNJUK with participation of 115 deputies.
The main question of the session was the region budget for 2008. The region budget project for 2008 is formed under conditions of tax legislation reforming. Its indices are determined according to Budget codex of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine “About the State budget of Ukraine for 2008 and changes in some legislative acts of Ukraine”, Declaration of aims and tasks of budget for 2008.

Fixed operating days of Bank
 Starting from the 21st of January 2008 operational days of Bank are the following:
- for compensation payments from the bills of depositors – owners of the inflated savings in Savings Banks of the previous USSR and the state securities of the previous USSR – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday every week;
- for identification operations of the depositors – owners of the inflated savings in Savings Banks of the previous USSR and the state securities of the previous USSR for further registering to the informational-analytical system “Register of depositors’ savings” –Friday and Saturday every week.
The information is given by the Donetsk regional management “OJSC “Savings Bank”.

There continues payments to depositors of the previous USSR Savings bank
 In all regions of Ukraine there continue the registration and losses’ compensations to depositors of the previous USSR Savings bank.
As the Donetsk regional Governance of open joint stock company “The State Savings bank of Ukraine” informed, on the 22nd of January 2008, 8210 depositors were registered and 12313 depositors received losses’ compensations from the savings’ inflation that were on their accounts from the 2nd of January 1992 in the USSR Savings bank in the Donetsk region.

Yurij KHIVRYCH carried out personal reception of the citizens
 Yurij KHIVRYCH, the Donetsk RSA chairman assistant, carried out personal reception of the citizens. He received 30 addresses for consideration. Most of them were connected with heating, providing with other communal services, gas supply of populated areas.
According to authorities, Yurij KHIVRYCH took several addresses under his own control.

3 people died because of gas poisoning
At night, from the 20th to 21st of January 2008 died 3 people and 2 people are in reanimation because of the gas poisoning in one of the Donetsk dwelling houses, in Kalinin area.
