The information on preparation condition of voters’ lists

 

Today, according to deadlines established by the legislation, the specified voters’ lists are formed and process of their transfer to the district electoral commissions took place in the region.

 

Starting from January, 14th, the specified voters’ lists will be hung out in premises of the local electoral commissions for acquaintance.

 

In case of revealing discrepancies and mistakes in the specified voters’ lists each citizen who has the right of a voice, can address with the complaint to corresponding electoral commission or in court on the location of a polling district in case of not being included, wrong inclusion or exception of the voters’ list and in other reasons. The complaint moves not later than one hour before the termination of voting, that is till 19.00 on January, 17th.

3 420 153 voters are included into voters’ lists of the region on January, 13, 2010, including 58 376 (1.7 % from total voters’ number) voters, who are unable independently to move.
