Yurij Khivrich conducted the conference of the energy committee

The Donetsk RSA chairman assistant YURIJ KHIVRYCH conducted the conference of the energy committee about providing of timely and full calculations for energy of the house-communal economy enterprises.

 

YURIJ KHIVRYCH approved the accepted level of calculations for energy used by water stations and heat supply enterprises. At the same time, the region communal enterprises partially fulfilled the protocol decision of the planned calculations for gas in the region.

The Donetsk RSA chairman assistant criticized the responsible for the work of population in the individual towns and districts. He reminded that the state offered 2 ways of calculations for the heat supply to population: seasonal (for 6 months of the heating season) tariff and 2 rates tariff (75% in winter and 25% in summer). Yurij Khivrych asked to find decisions, which will help to find optimal variants within these tariffs for improving calculations of the population for the received services.

 

YURIJ KHIVRYCH also expressed his serious disturbance about the decline of the population calculation dynamics for the communal services because of the Cabinet of Ministers plans to compensate debt part of the savings bank for the savings inflation with the help of giving them current communal services’ compensation. As he said the negative dynamics is reinforced by the huge queues in the savings banks, because of which honest payers can not make the payments.
