Yuriy Khivrych conducted the telephone conference with enterprises of house-communal economy
The assistant of the Donetsk RSA chairman Yuriy Khivrych conducted the telephone conference with enterprises of house-communal economy about going through the heating season 2007-2008 years.
Yuriy KHIVRYCH pointed out that work on the accepted programs is stable and for today already 63% used from the amount of the monies selected for their financing. At the same time, 2 programs of work are not fulfilled at a proper level in the region. It concerns the programs of innerhouse network replacement and establishment of observation devices, accepting of money which is carried out not fully. A vice-chairman of the region state administration notified that money for corresponding programs for those cities and districts, which made less and did not use provided funds, next year will not be selected, and that is why local-authority is to finance them.
As earlier, the situation with registration of subsidies is troublous. Today, 7.6% of population took advantage of them in the region, while previous year – 9%. As a result, 90 million UAH is not used, and over 15 thousands people did not make use of their legal right. The calculations of population for heat supply are 90 %, for water – 92.6 %, for dwelling – 90.2 %.
The region owes 190 million UAH for the used gas and takes the third place for this criterion in Ukraine. The regional arrears of wages in communal enterprises make 5.6 million UAH.
Yuriy KHIVRYCH paid attention to the necessity of work revival in the Donetsk region for creation of availability committees, which will be engaged in the problems’ solution of 263.8 thousands of invalids who live in the region. For today, 42 such committees are created. The assistant of RSA chairman reminded about the necessity of inventorying and adjusting of permanent work for providing access to citizens with the limited possibilities to all establishments and organizations regardless of ownership form.
