Priority directions of economical and social development were studded in the Donetsk region

Today, the Donetsk RSA chairman, VOLODYMYR LOGVYNENKO, implemented the conference concerning the priority directions of the region economical and social development. The oblast council chairman, ANATOLIY BLYZNJUK, chairmen assistants and heads of the structural RSA and oblast council subdepartments, and also town chairmen, district state administration and district council chairmen took part in the conference.
In opening address, the oblast leader said that “it is the end of the first year of the Strategy concerning the economical and social development of the Donetsk region for the period till 2015. The Strategy was adopted by the oblast council in May, that year”, and also denoted that strategicall tempo of economical development are successful.

The total volume of the industrial production increased to 6% in 2006, and in 2007 – is expected to 8.6% for 11 months (according to the program – 4%) if the consumption of energy resources decrease.

Overfulfilled are also indices of incomes. During 11 months of 2007, collection of taxes into the budget of all levels increased three times as much and tax debt had shortened to 11% at the beginning of the year.
Average monthly salary for 10 months increased to 27% and is 1489 hryvnjas.

As Volodymyr Ivanovych said “directors of the enterprises and organizations supported the appeal of the oblast council and region state administration about the rise of salary”. So, the minimal salary for the whole month will be not lower than living wage – 568 hryvnjas.

In order to fulfill the Strategy, the Agreement concerning the regional development of the Donetsk oblast was signed between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Donetsk oblast council; the Program concerning preparing and realization of the final Euro Football Championships in 2009 and 2012 was developed.
That is why, present discussed the vitality of the strategical aims, determined the priorities for 2008 and mid-term perspective on today’s conference.

 The head assistant of the RSA main economy governance, Tetyana Nikitenko, the first RSA chairman assistant, Serhiy Derhunov, and the chairman of the oblast council, Anatoliy Blyznyuk spoke before the present. They told participants of the conference about the economical and social development of the region for 2008, priority directions of social-economical development of towns and districts for 2008 and mid-term perspective, and also ideology of the mid-term planning and priority directions of the life support development of the region population.

 

Already on Tuesday, on the 18th of December 2007, VOLODYMYR LOGVYNENKO and ANATOLIY BLYZNJUK plan to sign the common order of the Donetsk RSA chairman and the Donetsk oblast council chairman because of the conference results from the 14th of December 2007 concerning the mid-term planning and priority directions of the social-economical territory development.
