Heating season of 2007-2008 years

Region house-communal enterprises work permanently for the providing of stationary functioning of the branch objects in autumn-winter period 2007-2008years.
There created the regional staff in Donetsk oblast. Its aim is to fulfill the control of heating season realization, taking measures concerning the supply with the permanent regional house-communal economy of the oblast in autumn-winter period, and also branch objects in terms of the arising of crashes, catastrophes, natural disasters and liquidation of their results.
   In the main administration of city planning, architecture and house-communal economy is twenty-four-hour work of responsible men of duty organized, who steadily support the connection with city executive committee men of duty as to the work of house-communal economy enterprises.

On the third of December 2007 all boiler houses (2050) work and provide the heat to 21150 dwelling houses, 995 preschool establishments, 1088 schools, 293 hospitals.
For the providing of permanent objects of house-communal economy heat supply enterprises fill up fuel and energy reserves at this period.
In order to put house fund into an appropriate technical state during 9 months of 2007 regional towns and districts from different sources of financing obtained 67.56 million of hryvnjas, including the costs of local budgets, out of which a fundamental repair of house fund was made amounting 66.1 million hryvnjas, that constitute 70% of expected costs from these budgets.
During the process of such fundamental repairing there were 320.9 square meters of roofing, including hard roofing – 126.7 thousands square meters, soft roofing – 197.2 thousands square meters. Capitally repaired also 102.4 thousands linear meters of engineering communications, out of which 68.9 thousands linear meters are inner house systems of centralized heating and 14.4 thousands linear meters are inner house systems of cold water supply.
Moreover, 118 lifts that did not function more than year were renewed and it costed 2.2 million hryvnjas.
 For supporting of house fund in a proper technical state during 9 months of the 2007 year its current repair costed 143.75 million hryvnjas. Herewith 773.2 thousands square meters of roofing (including 179.2 thousands square meters of hard roofing and 594 thousands square meters of soft roofing) and 478.8 thousands linear meters of inner house systems of central heating were repaired.
