Minister of work and social policy of Ukraine Lyudmyla Denysova has met members of families of the lost miners

Yesterday, Minister of work and social policy of Ukraine Lyudmyla DENYSOVA had visited Donetsk.

 

The basic purpose - meeting with members of families of the lost miners. Nearby 350 persons has come to explain their problems and to ask the help for authority. Mostly it were wives and mothers of the lost miners who asked Lyudmyla DENYSOVA to assist in educating of children, health services, maintenance with habitation and many other urgent questions with which they face daily.

 

Minister of work and social policy of Ukraine has listened to the majority of people and has promised to understand existing problems. Also Lyudmyla DENYSOVA has informed the present about opening of the social contact center in the Ministry, where over 20 experts can give the consulting help by the phone 8 800 507 30 90. Calls from stationary phones within the limits of Ukraine are free-of-charge.

After the meeting with miners’ families Lyudmyla DENYSOVA has communicated with representatives of mass media. Mostly, representatives of mass-media were disturbed with problems of debts on wages to the coal enterprises of the region. Some people are convinced that that figure which at present exists in the Cabinet, mismatches the reality. In this occasion Minister has told that all heads of the coal enterprises should give to her documents concerning existing debts before her flying away to Kiev today.

 

“And thus we shall know all sum of debts. So, for May, 1st the debts which is confirmed with the state statistics, as a whole on the country makes 1 billion 400 thousand hrn.. If I receive other figures, we shall operate with them”, - Lyudmyla DENYSOVA has noticed.
