Automated system of the office work is opened in court of appeal in Donetsk region.
Today, the RSA first deputy chairman Serhiy Derhunov participated in solemn opening of the automated system of the office work in court of appeal in Donetsk region. Participants of the presentation are the following: chairman of the court of appeal in Donetsk region Valentina Lisova, chairman assistant of the Judges Council of Ukraine Stanislav Mishchenko, chairman assistant of the State court administration Viktor Kapustynsky, manager of the project USAID/ММС “Ukraine: law supremacy” David Von, and also leadership of Petrovsky district court of Donetsk, Ivano-Frankivsk regional court of appeal, Ivano-Frankivsk city court and Kharkiv administrative court of appeal.
Opening of the given project is realized due to the Project “Struggle against corruption and reinforcement of law supremacy in Ukraine” according to corporation program “Challenge of the new millennium for Ukraine”.
Beside court of appeal in Donetsk region, pilot program of automated electronic system of the office work introduction in courts is carried out in Ivano-Frankivsk regional court of appeal, Ivano-Frankivsk city court, Pechersky district court of Kyiv city, Petrovsky district court of Donetsk city, Kharkiv administrative court of appeal and Kharkiv administrative district court. Working group in courts’ selection included representatives of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, Judges Council of Ukraine and State court administration of Ukraine.
According to the RSA first deputy chairman Serhiy Derhunov, introduction of the electronic system includes the function of automated casual distribution of affairs among judges that makes their work more crystal. “Transparency and trust – the major components of this process”, - pointed out Serhiy Derhunov.
But this is not the only one thing that makes this system acute. Head of the court of appeal in Donetsk region Valentyna Lisova accents that “when earlier documents process took greater part of the working day, so starting from now it became much easier”.
Also, this system is able to generate electronic versions of court decisions that can be used in forming of the Unitary state register of court decisions. And as presentation participants pointed out, the Unitary state register of court decisions are, first of all, critically required for unitary court practice in the country.
