Yuriy Khivrych conducted the planned telephone conference

Donetsk, the 11th of January 2008. The assistant of the Donetsk RSA chairman YURIJ KHIVRYCH conducted the telephone conference with enterprises of house-communal economy. One of the main questions was the beginning of the heating season in Donechchyna.

According to his words, in October 15, 2008 only in Donetsk 80% of houses are heated and 268 boiler houses out of 317 existing are activated, and today it is planned to activate the rest.

It is a pity that Donetsk is the only one city that has such a readiness index to heating season. Majority of cities and districts are ready to meet colds only for 50%. That is really a very low index. RSA deputy chairman Yurij Khivrych is very disturbed about such results and charged all cities and districts to seriously think of this question and the sooner the better activate the heat. First of all, it concerns the social objects. “Hospitals, kindergartens and schools, not taking into consideration warm weather, should be heated. If we don not start heating season at time, we will have a lot of problems” – said Yurij Khivrych.
