The region leader met the delegation from Poland.

Today, RSA chairman Volodymyr Logvynenko met with delegation from Poland  Nyzhnjosilez’ky province. The main purpose of their arrival was opening of the Economical mission in Donetsk.

According to Tomash Tykerko, Chairman of Nyzhnjosilez’ky Agency of Economical Cooperation: “Opening of Economical mission is directed upon the development of small and middle business among our countries”.

 

Overall, foreign trade turnover among the region and Poland made USD 224.5 mln. For 6 months of 2008. The largest specific gravity in export falls upon black and nonferrous metallurgy, mineral and machine-building production, agricultural and connected with it branches of industry. The most often imported are products of machine-building, chemical industries, black and nonferrous metals and manufactured articles.

 

During communicating with an official delegation, Volodymyr Logvynenko pointed out that: “That is not the first meeting with polish side. We outline a positive activity that already exists. We have acquired results of trade –economical relations and we observe that there is a lot of possibilities for improvement and increasing of our relationship’s volume”.

 

At the end of the meeting, Volodymyr Logvynenko once more invited representatives of the delegation to the International investment summit that will be held with participation of the Presidents of Ukraine and Poland during October 29-31 in Donetsk.
