Interdepartmental working groups that control keeping within legislation of state purchases will act in Donetsk region

RSA chairman Volodymyr LOGVYNENKO signed the order “About Interdepartmental working groups that control keeping within legislation of state purchases”.

In order to fulfill the order of the President of Ukraine from March 14, 2008 №1-1/565 and to avoid negative phenomena in purchasing goods, works and services for state funds in accordance with article 39 of the Law of Ukraine “About local state administrations”, it is necessary to create regional Interdepartmental working groups that control keeping within legislation of state purchases (further - Interdepartmental working groups) in the sphere of house-communal economy and building, and also public health, social protection and education.

According to the signed order, there will be confirmed staff of Interdepartmental working groups and they will have the following tasks: problem analysis in the sphere of the state purchases and reasons of the occurrence; detection of abuses and corruption within tenders from both sides: organizers and bidding participants; timely informing of the corresponding law enforcing bodies about the legislation purchasing violations and control over the further reaction according to legislation requirements.

 

 Interdepartmental working groups’ chairmen are to inform region interdepartmental working group that concludes the verification results of keeping within legislation about state purchases, about results of the work done every first day of the month.  
Region interdepartmental working group that concludes the verification results of keeping within legislation about state purchases is to conclude received information from interdepartmental working groups and prepare information about their work for President of Ukraine every third day of the month.
