RSA chairman Volodymyr LOGVYNENKO carried out reception of citizens

RSA chairman Volodymyr LOGVYNENKO carried out private reception of citizens. Representatives of the region prosecuting magistracy, Main Governance of Interior Ministry of Ukraine in the Donetsk region, regional governance of justice were present at reception.

 There also were citizens of Donetsk, Horlivka and Mariupol at the reception. Majority of questions were connected law enforcing bodies work, prosecuting magistracy and courts. There were complaints about disagreement with trial of criminal affairs connected with forgery documents and illegal capturing of property, about appealing against prosecuting magistracy actions towards refusal to protect applicant’s rights for flat and appealing against notary public actions towards flat purchasing agreement of the applicant, and also about disagreement with court’s decision about distribution of joint property with her husband that led to applicant’s property loss.
According to that some applicants’ questions were not considered in a proper way within 7-10 years, the region leader charged all representatives of prosecuting magistracy and law enforcing bodies to solve these problems and in accordance to results there will be rendered decisions, and applicants will receive written answers.
