Yurij Khivrich conducted the extraordinary conference of the energy committee

Today, the Donetsk RSA chairman assistant YURIJ KHIVRYCH conducted the conference of the energy committee about providing of timely and full calculations for energy of the house-communal economy enterprises.

YURIJ KHIVRYCH pointed out at once that the region communal enterprises partially fulfilled the protocol decision of the planned calculations for water, electricity and gas.

YURIJ KHIVRYCH also expressed his serious disturbance about the nowadays payments, especially for gas. The region deputy chairman pointed out that “the situation is critical in the region and Viktor YUSHCHENKO’s decree about urgent measures of heat and power engineering enterprises with payments for gas is not fully executed”.

The Donetsk region consumed 2.6 millions cubic meters of gas that is 163.4 millions of hryvnjas. The level of payments is 98.2 million of hryvnjas, and that is only 60.1 %. As far as Yurij KHIVRYCH said, unsatisfactory work in this sphere is in Makiyivka, Artemivsk, and Gorlivka. Middle level of citizen’s payments is 70% in the region. Makiyivka remains behind for gas payments of the middle region level for 15%. Here are 32 boiler houses stopped. The deputy region leader confirmed the present that “if in January we managed to avoid gas stopping, so it means that without payments gas supply will be limited”.

  Generally in Ukraine, the Donetsk region takes 20th place for gas payments, for house-communal services – 22nd place.

Yurij KHIVRYCH said all present that “responsibility for heating, water, energy supply and people’s payments is laid upon local self-government organs and that is why their mission is to be accountable for the fulfillment of the President of Ukraine requirements”.
