With no doubt Artyomovsk Winery is the national pride of Ukraine. It’s the biggest Eastern European enterprise producing sparkling wine in a traditional bottle technology. Along with the semi-centennial traditions of vine making the new innovative methods of production are inculcated on the factory.

 

 

The Salt Mine of Soledar Town is the special sightseeing of Donetsk region. Salt mines are the best medicine created by nature hundreds millions years ago. Dominating in the mine caves specific microclimate is characterized by exceptional bacteriological cleanness. A few minutes and  you’re  deep in the mine. In a depth of 300 meters you will see the fantastic world: walls, ceiling, floors, figures and trees – all from salt. You’ll be carried on 270 million years back and will walk practically on a sea bottom.

 

There is an ostrich farm among magnificent pine-trees and small river not far from Krasniy Liman (Red Estuary). It is an unusual farm for Ukraine, where birds, ponies, horses, guinea-fowls, raccoon proudly walk around.
You can see it with your own eyes, hear and feel all harmony of the nature reign.
