Ljudmyla DAVYDENKO carried out trainings of the RSA apparatus

The Donetsk RSA chairman assistant Ljudmyla DAVYDENKO carried out trainings of the RSA apparatus. In trainings also took the head of the regional policy Governance sector of Secretariat of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, curator of the Donetsk region, Nina Budjanska. This time, the subject of discussion were the following three questions:

 

1. About the main directions of the budgetary politics for 2008 (speaker – head assistant of the RSA main financial governance, Hoptsij V. M.).

2. Ethical problems of state work in Ukraine (Speaker – the leader of the public organization “Agency of the local self-government development”, Kochujev V. I.

3. Methodical recommendations to investigation of situation (checking) about executing effective legislation requirements, delegated authorities, program actions of the local executive power organs, organs of  the local self-government and providing them with methodical help (Speaker – the RSA organizational governance head assistant – the head of analytical and methodical work department, Stalenna L. S.)
