Volodymyr LOGVYNENKO took part in the fourteenth session of the Donetsk Oblast Rada fifth convocation

Today, the region state administration chairman Volodymyr LOGVYNENKO took part in the fourteenth session of the Donetsk Oblast Rada fifth convocation. The session was led by the oblast rada head Anatolij BLYZNJUK with participation of 115 deputies.

The main question of the session was the region budget for 2008. The region budget project for 2008 is formed under conditions of tax legislation reforming. Its indices are determined according to Budget codex of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine “About the State budget of Ukraine for 2008 and changes in some legislative acts of Ukraine”, Declaration of aims and tasks of budget for 2008.

 

Parameters of the region budget forming are determined according to macro indices of the economical and social region development for 2008 with usage of statistic and financial reporting, estimation of local budgets’ fulfillment for previous years, calculations of branch RSA governances.

 

The results of voting show that 101 oblast rada deputies supported the region budget project for 2008 and that is why the fourteenth session of the Donetsk Oblast Rada fifth convocation resulted in the accepting of the project.

Besides, the session also viewed the changes in the borders of the regional landscape park “Donetsk kryazh”, reorganization of the Children school tubercular health resort in Horlivka town and communal curative-prophylactic establishment “Children’ health resort” in Krasnyj Lyman.
